Senior Consultant. A geologist graduated from Louisiana State University with geochemistry, environment, and risk management specialization. Thirty years of professional practice, during these years, she has hold public positions as Environmental General Coordinator at the Presidency of the Republic of Guatemala (Medio Ambiente de la Presidencia de Guatemala), Chairwoman of Protected Areas Counsel (Consejo de Áreas Protegidas) and Chairwoman of the Environmental and Development Central American Comission (Comisión Centroamericana de Ambiente y Desarrollo). She, also has hold private positions, as Safety and Environment Manager, Compliance Officer and soil remediation Corporate Expert. Since 2006, she is Executive Director of Geoambiente and Coordinador of multidisciplinary teams of social and environmental services in Guatemala and Central America. Mireya Archila is founding member of associations related with environmental management and has hold positions such as Chairwoman of the Association of Enterprises, Services, and Environmental products of the Industry Chamber (GEPSA, 2014-2016), founding member at Environmental Consultants Association of Guatemala (Asociación de Consultores Ambientales de Guatemala), invited director and member of AGEXPORT Laboratories Commission, (Comisión de Laboratorios de AGEXPORT), and member of the Sustainability Committee of AGEXPORT (Comité de Sustentabilidad de AGEXPORT) (from 2019 up to this date).

At international level, recently elected as Chairwoman at Board of Directors of IAIA – International Impact Assessment Association, (Asociación Internacional de Evaluación de Impacto), 2023-2026.

Environmental Quality Manager. A chemist graduated from San Carlos de Guatemala University, now pursuing his master’s degree in Quality Management, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention, at Nebrija University, Spain. He has more than twenty years of experience in environmental management (monitoring of surface and ground water quality, environment air and work air quality, emissions measurement in stationary sources), base line development and subsequent monitoring.

Knowledge and experience in quality management, environment, safety and occupational health for projects and companies who want to work with integrated management systems or corporate social responsibility.

Accounting and Financial Manager. She has studies in marketing and has more than 30 years of experience in business management. With her duties, she contributes to the management of the company’s plans and projects. This brings certainty to our customers, about a strict follow-up of their contract accomplishment and immediate response to their questions, requests for quotations and billing.

Economics and Information Technology Manager. She has studies in business management and twenty years of working experience in business planning and organization. She contributes to the coordination of different administrative activities of the company focused on offering quality customer service.

She is also in charge of handling governmental procedures, specially to follow up on environmental instruments in process with regulatory authorities, such as Environmental and Natural Resources Ministry (Ministerio de Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, MARN), Energy and Mining Ministry (Ministerio de Energía y Minas, MEM) and Protected Areas National Council (Consejo Nacional de Áreas Protegidas, CONAP).
